From the halls of UT Dallas, we bring you the first ever episode of the ArtSciLab Talk Show. Maisha Razzaque sits down with with fellow lab member, Lauren Bernal, to discuss her career in research and the launch of her latest endeavor: the Esports Cyberathlete Development (ECD) project. What started as a simple discussion over coffee between Lauren and a mentor has materialized into a multi-pronged collaboration with the aim of researching how Esports enhances cognitive performance and social development while promoting gamer well-being.
